Finally getting going on my training

I have decided that as a part of my training I am going to knock off some of this weight :) I am going to do this by testing out those crazy diet claims made on womens magazines. I am tracking it for all the world to hold me accountable here http://try-itdiet.blogspot.com/ Please check up on me!
