Donations have started coming in!

I've gotten my first donations!! Raised $265 already! I am thrilled with the generosity of my friends and family :) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! I hope this is just the beginning of a great fundraising season! Please remember to keep your eye out for my events, I will not be bombarding everyone with invitations to everything this year, I felt very annoying last summer..! And spread the word!!! The events are only as fun as the people who come to them :)

Ideas for fundraisers

I have had some great ideas suggested to me!! I would love to hear everyone's thoughts on fun, fresh ideas to raise money for this great cause. Please make suggestions!! Comment here to leave them, I need to raise at least $3,000 so I will use as many ideas as I can :) I have 5 months in which to raise it, so bring them on!!

Here we go again!!

I have signed up for the 2011 3-day walk!! I am so excited to get started :) I still have some of the beautiful items donated to me last year that I will try to market a little better this year. I am also planning to do another wine tasting, and several other fun fund raising activities!! Please Keep an eye on my blog to see how I am doing with my training and fund raising. I am setting my goal a little higher this year, I am hoping to raise a minimum of $3,000 instead of the absolute minimum of $2,300. I look forward to working with all of you to reach my goal, and then some!!
